Refund policy

You may return or exchange products purchased from Aurelle & Liora under the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Requests must be made within 100 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Process

  • Request a return authorization by contacting contact@aurelleandliora.com.

  • Once inspected, we will confirm acceptance and proceed with the exchange or refund.

Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

At Aurelle & Liora, we strive for full customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following terms:

Refund Conditions

  • Refund requests must be made within 100 days of receiving the product (in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Certain products (personalized items, intimate goods, or perishable goods) may not be eligible.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
